Autumn is definitely here

Love pumpkins... eating them, making soup, pasta, cupcake from it and of course decoritang the flat with pumpkins always make me smile.

Kata flower shop

This is the window of my favourite flower shop in Budapest. The owner, called Kata, is so talented designing her shop considering the season or holiday.

Open: everyday except Mondays.

Heroes Square

Hősök tere, meaning Heroes Square in Hungarian, is one of the major square of Budapest, Hungary, rich with historic and political connotations. It lies at the end of Andrássy Avenue (with which it comprises part of an extensive World Heritage site), next to City Park. 

The central site of the hero's square, as well as a landmark of Budapest, is the Millennium Memorial (also known as Millennium Monument or Millenary Monument) with statues of the leaders of the seven tribes that founded Hungary in the 9th century and other outstanding figures of Hungarian history (see below). The construction of the memorial was started when the one thousandth anniversary was celebrated (in 1896), but it was finished only in 1900 and the square got its name then.

Old building

Small details of a nice old building in the Buda side of Budapest. This photo reminds me that it's worth looking up to the buildings while walking in the streets of Budapest or wherever you are.

Pumpkins

So far this is my favourite photo taken with my iPhone. Their colours remind me of autumn. I just can't take my eyes off these pumpkins. I fell in love with them!
